French Embassy's economic mission office is responsible for the economic studies and financial analysis in the region. The design and construction of an intelligent Office building: One basement, three floors, 800 m2 / floor, represents how the economic mission could be facilitated.
The project is divided into several stages: 1- design stage, 2- tendering stage and 3- site supervision stage. Concerning these stages, BECT provided the following consultancy / design services: Geotechnical & Survey, Landscape, Architectural, Structural, MEP, Specifications and BOQ
